Dr Kevin Page

Dr Kevin Page has 30 years’ UK and International career experience as an executive in banking, global business services, and engineering. Kevin has an BEng, MBA, PhD and is a Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute. He has delivered significant business transformation and restructuring programmes across business sectors in the UK, Europe, Asia, US, and South America

As a coach and facilitator, Kevin is an experienced in using computer supported group decision tools, Business Model Canvas, and is an accredited Lego Serious Play facilitator. He has been a Visiting Professor at the University of Strathclyde since 2010, specialising in leadership development for Masters programmes, and has contributed to and written a number of journal articles including an international award winner on strategic change. Kevin has been designing and running offsite strategy sessions since 1993

Mark Henderson
Mark Henderson is a business process specialist and operations consultant. He has 20 years’ experience in leading transformations across customer, colleague, process, technology and facilities. He has specialisms in outsourcing and operating model simplification. Mark has a BEng and MBA with a track record of innovation, delivery and driving profitability

He is experienced in using a combination of customer focused strategy tools such as Group / Decision Explorer®, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Lean Six Sigma approaches to operational process management
